Do you sell prescription drugs?

We do not sell any prescription drugs.  All of our products are natural therapeutics, mineral and vitamins supplements and homeopathic products.  We always recommend consulting your health professional before starting a supplement regimen.

What are the shipping timelines?

All orders require 1-3 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping. Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is determined based on the delivery location.

Do I have to pay tax?

Tax is applicable based on the Province or Territory you reside in Canada.  Outside of Canada there are no applicable taxes.

How long will be order take to ship?

It takes about 24 – 72 hours typically to process your order.  The delivery time is dependant on your shipping location and type of shipping that was selected.

Can I make changes to my order?

Typically when an order is submitted we begin processing it right away.  If you need to make a change please contact us.  We’ll do everything we can to assist you.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive an email notification with your tracking number.

Can I get a refund on digital downloads?

Unfortunately we have a no refund policy once a digital item is purchased.

When am I charged for the order?

You are charged for the order during the processing period and before the item is shipped.

I received an email stating that the item I ordered is on backorder. What does this mean and when will I receive the item?

It may already be on the way to you! We try to get a new shipment of items within 10 days. However, if the back ordered item is a result of a manufacturing problem, the wait may be much longer. If we feel that the item you ordered will be delayed more time than expected, we will notify you by email and suggest a similar item as an alternate. At any time before we ship your back order, you may cancel your back order or substitute it with another item.

To check the status of a back order please contact us. Be sure to include your name, Order Number and the item in question.

I received a damaged or incorrect item. How do I get this resolved?

Please contact us if you have a damaged or incorrect item. Be sure to include your name, order number and a brief description of the product in question. We might also request for a picture of the damaged product(s) to be emailed to us. For incorrect items sent to you, we will make arrangements for the item to be picked up or mailed back to us and will ship the correct item to you immediately.

 

I received my order and I'm missing an item.

If the missing product is small, empty all the packing material to be sure the item is not hidden. We check each order before packing but there is always room for some human error. If you cannot locate the item, please contact us with your name and order number and we will immediately ship a replacement at no cost to you.

You may also request a credit or refund if desired. Please contact us with your name and order number and we will arrange for a credit or refund.

How do I know if I need a dietary supplement?

Because many products are marketed as dietary supplements, it is important to remember that supplements include vitamins and minerals, as well as herbs, botanicals and other substances.

Some supplements may help ensure that you get adequate amounts of essential nutrients or help promote optimal health and performance in addition to what you obtain from the foods you consume.

However, dietary supplements are not intended to treat, diagnose, mitigate, prevent, or cure disease. In some cases, dietary supplements may have unwanted effects, especially if taken before surgery or with other dietary supplements or medicines, or if you have certain health conditions.
